Authorities have confirmed the discovery of a baby’s remains near Ashtons Field in Little Hulton, Salford. Greater Manchester Police were alerted after a passer-by made the grim find around 1 PM GMT. A cordon has been established in the area, close to the M61 motorway, and emergency services are currently present at the site, blocking off certain entrances to the Linnyshaw Loop line.
