Two years after the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Roma boy Kostas Fragkoulis by police in Diavata, his father, Pavlos Fragkoulis, commemorates his son’s memory. Following a petrol theft incident that led to a police chase, friends and family gathered to honor Kostas, leaving flowers and holding a memorial service at the crash site. The family continues to seek justice for his untimely death.
