Renewed Search for Missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 Authorizes by Malaysian Government
More than a decade after Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 vanished with 239 people on board, the Malaysian government is set to resume the search for the wreckage in the Indian Ocean. Transportation Minister Anthony Loke announced that the US company Ocean Infinity, which previously conducted search efforts, has presented a new proposal for the operation. Despite previous unsuccessful searches covering over 120,000 square kilometers, the renewed operation aims to cover an additional 15,000 square kilometers, leveraging updated data to potentially locate the aircraft.
