Rescue Operations Continue for Migrants Off the Coast of Crete

Authorities in southern Crete are engaged in ongoing rescue operations as migrant boats arrive. Following the rescue of 67 migrants on Saturday, another operation was launched to save approximately 34 more individuals, assisted by a commercial vessel and the Coast Guard. Key details include the nationalities of the rescued migrants, which consist mainly of Pakistanis, Egyptians, and a Bangladeshi. The migrants will be taken to Kalo Litani, where they will be received by the port authorities.
