Romanian Court Grants Andrew Tate Legal Victory Amid Human Trafficking Charges

A Romanian court has ruled that the indictment against influencer Andrew Tate contains several irregularities, allowing prosecutors a week to amend or withdraw allegations of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang. The court found flaws in the charges and excluded key evidence, leading Tate’s defense to declare the ruling a significant victory. Both Andrew and Tristan Tate, along with two Romanian women, continue to deny all allegations. This ruling does not affect a separate human trafficking case against the brothers launched by Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT.
