Rotterdam Attack Victim Awakens from Coma After Brutal Assault
A 37-year-old man who was severely injured after a heavy stone was thrown at him in Rotterdam has regained consciousness from a coma. His half-sister revealed on a talk show that he has a disability and had chosen to sleep on the street to avoid burdening others. A 32-year-old suspect was arrested in France and is also linked to a similar incident in Lyon that resulted in a fatality. A crowdfunding campaign has raised nearly €30,000 to ensure the victim receives adequate care and never has to sleep on the streets again.
