From December 16 to 19, 2024, Vice Admiral Mohammed Al-Gharibi, the Chief of Naval Forces of Saudi Arabia, conducted an official visit to Greece at the invitation of Admiral Dimitrios-Eleftherios KATARA, Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff. During this visit, discussions focused on mutual interests, particularly concerning the evolving situation in the Eastern Mediterranean, with a commitment to further enhance bilateral cooperation. Al-Gharibi toured various naval facilities and met with key military leaders in Greece.
