Two men have been arrested in connection with an unprovoked assault on two off-duty gardaí in Dublin city center. The incident occurred early Saturday morning at the junction of Dame Street and Eustace Street. One injured garda was taken to Beaumont Hospital in critical condition, while the other was discharged after treatment at St James’s Hospital. Gardaí have appealed to the public for any witnesses or mobile phone footage related to the incident.
