This move follows an extraordinary parliamentary session addressing the ongoing trial of Milorad Dodik, a Serbian secessionist leader. Dodik is facing charges for defying decisions by the international High Representative meant to oversee peace in Bosnia, as stipulated by the Dayton Agreement. The lawmakers claim the trial is politically motivated and based on unconstitutional decisions.
