The Mayor expressed gratitude for their dedication and hard work, emphasizing the importance of recognizing those who keep cities and villages clean. The Deputy Mayor of Sanitation, Anna Iordanidou, also thanked the workers for their efforts, while the President of the Municipal Employees Union, Miltiadis Panagos, encouraged citizens to actively support sanitation staff.
