The Sintiki Municipality will participate in the 39th International Tourism and Hotel Equipment Exhibition ‘PHILOXENIA HOTELIA’ from November 14-16 in Thessaloniki. Aiming to boost culinary and cultural tourism, the municipality will highlight buffalo meat and related products. This effort includes interactive activities featuring buffalo farmers and the traditional Dionysian event ‘Bampougera,’ a significant cultural attraction in Sintiki during the Apokries Carnival. The municipality emphasizes the importance of promoting its diverse cultural offerings, underscoring the region’s unique identity as the ‘Land of Buffaloes.’
