Six Accused in Samuel Paty Murder Trial Deny Involvement and Express Regret

During the ongoing trial for the murder of teacher Samuel Paty, six of the eight accused addressed the court, reiterating their innocence while expressing regret to Paty’s family. Naïm Boudaoud, one of the accused, described his emotional struggles and affirmed he had no knowledge of the attack orchestrated by Abdoullakh Anzorov. Accused Brahim Chnina apologized for his past actions, while others, including Abdelhakim Sefrioui, insisted on their rejection of terrorism. The verdict is set to be announced on Friday evening.
