Six teenage girls were arrested in Valence, Drôme, on December 3, following an investigation into the assault of another young girl. The incident occurred on November 26 when the victim was attacked outside her professional school. Following the assault, she filed a complaint with her father. Investigators are now working to identify the roles of each adolescent involved. Valence’s mayor, Nicolas Daragon, condemned the normalization of violence, and a specialized support system has been implemented at the school to ensure student safety.
