The Spanish government has approved a new report aimed at regulating mobile phone use among minors, suggesting that children under three years should have no access to digital devices. The committee of 50 experts recommends the use of analog phones for teens aged 12 to 16, alongside educational measures to safeguard minors in digital environments. The report contains 107 recommendations and highlights the potential health risks of device usage, calling for restrictions based on age in educational settings.
