STASY has reported a record in ticket sales revenue for October 2024, reaching €15.6 million, a 10.2% increase from October 2023, marking a six-year high. This success is achieved despite reduced ticket prices. In tandem, STASY intensified its fight against fare evasion, conducting 526,000 inspections in October alone, a 48% increase from the previous year. The rise in revenue and inspections reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen compliance and enhance operational efficiency. Modern technological tools are now being utilized to focus on targeted checks within the metro and tram network.
