Strike Disrupts Air Traffic at Montpellier, Nîmes, and Perpignan Airports
On December 17, air traffic at Montpellier, Nîmes, and Perpignan airports in France will be severely disrupted due to a strike initiated by the French air traffic controllers’ union, SNCTA. The only flight maintained will be a 6 AM flight to Paris. The General Directorate of Civil Aviation has urged airlines to reduce flight schedules to manage the limited number of available air traffic controllers, leading to significant delays and cancellations across multiple airports in France.
