The 18th Winter Enipeas and the 9th Olympian Trails successfully kicked off with over 1,000 participants from Greece and abroad at the Litohoro Park. The races have become a longstanding tradition in mountain running, marking an important event in the local and national sports calendar. The Olympian Trails are dedicated to the rare endemic plant Erysimum Olympicum. Mayor Evangelos Gerolios welcomed the athletes and praised the organizers and volunteers for their efforts in ensuring a smooth event despite cold weather. The next Olympus Marathon is scheduled for June 2025.
