Successful Completion of the Periklis Balannikos Preventive Medicine Program in Corfu
The ‘Periklis Balannikos’ Preventive Medicine Program for 2024, organized by the Health and Preventive Medicine Division of Central Corfu Municipality, has successfully concluded. The initiative included health screenings for primary and secondary school students, focusing on skeletal and oral health. A total of 876 students were examined, with 381 referred for further treatment. The program involved collaboration with dental and medical professionals, and a follow-up meeting for further actions is planned for January 2025.
