Switzerland will take over the presidency of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in 2026, as announced by current chair Ian Borg, the Foreign Minister of Malta. This marks the third time Switzerland has held the position, previously doing so in 1996 and 2014.
