A minor in Cyprus has been identified by the Cyber Crime Unit as the sender of emails claiming bomb placements at all airports in Greece on January 1, 2024. Charges have been filed against the minor for threatening a terrorist act, while their parents face charges for neglecting supervision. Following an urgent investigation, the minor was traced through electronic footprints, leading to the discovery of electronic devices at their residence. The case will be submitted to the relevant prosecutorial authority.
