The production of “Prosdoko,” directed by Sofia Karakantza and written by Georgios Veltzios, returns for a second year at the State Theater of Northern Greece. The play, which received acclaim for its poignant themes of memory, mortality, and immortality, had a successful run last season. It is a tribute to the genre of theater and history itself, illustrated through innovative staging and direction, and features contributions from various artists in music and choreography. The show will begin performances again today at the Foyer of the Society of Macedonian Studies.
