Residents and visitors of Thessaloniki will welcome 2025 with a spectacular New Year’s Eve party at the New Beach Promenade or ‘Nea Paralia’, featuring renowned DJs and an impressive light show. The festivities will begin at 8 PM and continue until 3 AM, with the White Tower illuminated by about 100 robotic lights at midnight. This change of venue reflects a new, modern character for the city as it aims to attract tourists through promotional campaigns. Hotel bookings are reported to be around 97% for the holiday.
