Three Germans Charged with Espionage for China
The Federal Prosecutor’s Office in Germany has charged three German nationals with espionage for allegedly supplying military technology information to China’s Ministry of State Security. The individuals, two men and one woman, reportedly provided details about technologies useful for enhancing China’s maritime combat capabilities between 2017 and 2024. They had been arrested previously in April 2024, and the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court will now decide on the indictment.
