Three men in their twenties were kidnapped in an apartment in Marseille’s Félix-Pyat district, according to police reports. They managed to escape before police arrived. The ordeal began when the brother of one victim received a ransom demand via Snapchat. Although investigators tracked a potential location, they found no victims initially. One of the captives later escaped, revealing that his companions were still threatened inside the apartment. Upon police arrival, both remaining victims and their captors had vanished. The investigation has been assigned to the organized crime division.
