Timon Haugan Wins Alta Badia Slalom as Loïc Meillard Secures Podium Finish

In the latest World Cup slalom event held in Alta Badia, Norway’s Timon Haugan clinched his first victory of the season with a commanding performance. Loïc Meillard of Switzerland showcased resilience, improving from 8th to 2nd place, earning him his third podium finish of the winter. Atle Lie McGrath, also from Norway, completed the podium. Additional Swiss competitors included Daniel Yule, who achieved 9th place, and an impressive recovery by Luca Aerni, finishing 17th. The next World Cup races will take place in Bormio later this month.
