Northern Ireland’s golfer Tom McKibbin is making headlines with his unexpected move to join Jon Rahm’s LIV Golf team, foregoing his debut season on the PGA Tour. The 22-year-old, who secured a PGA Tour card after a strong performance in the DP World Tour, will play alongside Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton, and Caleb Surratt. This decision marks McKibbin as the second player from Northern Ireland to join LIV Golf, following Graeme McDowell. The LIV Golf season kicks off in Riyadh on February 6.
