Tommaso Foti Sworn in as New Minister for European Affairs in Italy

Tommaso Foti, the leader of the Brothers of Italy (FdI) in the Chamber of Deputies, is set to be sworn in as a minister today at 12 PM at the Quirinale. He will take over the responsibilities previously held by Raffaele Fitto, who resigned after being appointed as the Executive Vice President of the European Commission. Foti’s new role encompasses European affairs, cohesion policies, southern Italy initiatives, and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr).
