A fire broke out at a hotel in Kalambaka, resulting in the death of the owner and injuries to ten individuals. Konstantinos Papapoulios, President of the Trikala Hoteliers Association, expressed his sorrow over the incident, emphasizing the loss of life. He noted that the victims were offered free accommodation at other hotels, and lauded the quick response from the fire department, police, and local authorities. Fortunately, all guests have now been relocated, and the situation has been contained.
