A gas explosion in a home in Caracas, Venezuela, resulted in the deaths of eight individuals, including seven children. The incident, reported by the mayor of the city, involved a family, with the oldest victim being twenty years old and the youngest just fifteen days. Firefighters indicated that the explosion occurred on the ground floor of the house, while the victims, who were in the upper part of the house, succumbed to suffocation.
