A 16-year-old girl named Nefeli from Patras, Greece, has tragically passed away after battling meningitis for approximately six weeks. After collapsing at her school, she was diagnosed with meningococcal type B and was placed on a ventilator in the intensive care unit. Despite the medical efforts, she succumbed to the illness, leaving her family and the local community in mourning.
