In southwestern France, a power outage left 200 passengers stranded for over four hours on a TER Hendaye-Bordeaux train without light or heating. The incident occurred late on Friday night, affecting service on the network. Passengers were eventually transferred to a different train and arrived at their destination seven hours later. Additional disruptions were reported for another 400 passengers on the Paris-Tarbes route. The SNCF has apologized for the inconvenience and is offering a 150% refund to affected travelers.
