Eric and Sean Farrell, twin brothers aged 20, have been charged with the murder of 45-year-old Ionel Nicolae Diaconu in Tallaght, Dublin. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on December 11, 2023. During their court appearance, both defendants made no reply when the charges were read to them. Due to the nature of the charges, including murder, bail applications must be made in the High Court. They have been remanded in custody and are set to appear via video link at Cloverhill District Court on Thursday.
