Two local residents have been arrested in Heraklion for drug offenses, including the possession of over 174 grams of cocaine, and violations of antiquities laws. The arrests occurred on November 23, 2024, in the municipality of Chersonisos, where police also seized cash, firearms, and other items during searches of their homes. Investigations are ongoing by the Chersonisos Police Department.
