Authorities in Heraklion arrested two local men, aged 24 and 19, for violating drug laws during a coordinated operation aimed at combating drug trafficking. The suspects were found leaving a property used for storing narcotics, where police seized over 442 grams of cocaine, over a kilogram of raw cannabis, and additional drug paraphernalia, including scales and mobile devices. An investigation is underway by the Drug Enforcement Department in Heraklion, with the suspects expected to face judicial proceedings shortly.
