Two seismic tremors, measuring 3.8 and 3.4 on the Richter scale, struck the Aigio area shortly before 8 AM. The first quake, registering 3.4, occurred at 07:40, located 10 km south of Aigio with a depth of 14.8 km. The second quake, stronger at 3.8, occurred at 07:54, also 10 km south of Aigio with a depth of 15.8 km. Both were felt in Patras and were notably short yet intense near the epicenter.
