Moreover, Kirby highlighted that the U.S. is preparing additional military aid for Ukraine and confirmed that restrictions on the use of U.S. provided weapons against Russian targets remain unchanged. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the dire situation of North Korean soldiers as they are sent into battle with minimal support.
