Mouhanad Hadi, the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Aid in Palestinian Territories, warned that food, medicine, water, and fuel supplies in Gaza are at risk of complete cessation, threatening the lives of two million Palestinians. Hadi highlighted that Israel has blocked commercial imports for six weeks, leading to looting of aid convoy vehicles and the closure of bakeries due to shortages of flour and fuel. He emphasized the dire need for improved security conditions for safe aid delivery, reporting numerous robberies of UN trucks and warehouses in recent months.
