Antoni Frantzis, the official responsible for fisheries policy in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, is preparing an application for upgrade projects at the lagoons in Xanthi, Rodopi, and Kavala. He announced that three proposals will be submitted under a subsidized European program, aiming for prompt approval and enhancement of the lagoon facilities that have needed renovations for years.
