A vehicle accident occurred on Wednesday night, November 20, when a car lost control and ended up in a field along the Chania-Rethymno national road. Fortunately, the elderly driver was not seriously injured and was transported to Chania Hospital by an ambulance for treatment. The cause of the incident remains unknown.
