Kirsty Carless, 33, has been charged with the murder of 31-year-old Louis Price, who was found in cardiac arrest on Christmas Day in Norton Canes. The incident has drawn attention, leading Staffordshire Police to refer itself to the police watchdog. Carless is set to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Saturday.
